Nonviolent Communication is a communication technique and, above all, way of life developed by psychotherapist Marshall B. Rosenberg to raise awareness of and articulate the positive needs underlying every conflict, ultimately leading to lasting and sustainable empathic coexistence.
Our courses are aimed at people of all ages who want to learn how to better articulate their feelings and needs in friendships and partnerships, but also in professional contexts. Nonviolent communication goes beyond teaching communication techniques. Learn with us how to form deeper and more fulfilling connections with the people you value and love, those you seek closeness with, or those you want (or need) to work with.
When conflicts or disagreements arise in everyday life, the parties involved usually try in good faith to resolve the problems through dialogue and discussion. Unfortunately, however, emotions and mutual recriminations often come into play at this point, and the conversation quickly turns into an argument and fails to achieve its goal.
